Sustainable Food ABC will feature short talks, food demonstrations and sampling based on the topics of sustainable diets and food waste.
Sponsored by the GCU Students Associations Dragons Den and hosted by the GCU Dietetics and Common Good societies the event aims to tackle key issues on food sustainability. We are delighted to be welcoming Sumayya Usmani, founder of Kaleyard Cook School & Kitchen and a representative from the Dietetic community who will be delivering the event based on a wealth of experience.
Whether you are a climate champion, a concious consumer or somone who would just like to know more about making sustainable choices there will be something for everyone.
