We are running a subcrawl in aid of GCU Men’s Basketball with what is sure to be a quality night filled with ongoing challenges throughout the evening of which will be posted later! The theme for the night will be shitty charity shop shirts, and if you’re too broke to buy one raid your dad’s cupboard! This is a ticketed event with tickets available online and at the SA reception for only £3 per ticket! This event is open to all so invite whoever you like!
On the night we will all be gathering at Malones from 6:00pm and will begin soon after! You will all need passes for the subways and there will be an assortment of drink deals on offer throughout the night! The confirmed route is as follows:

This event is on a purely ticketed basis. If a ticket hasn't been purchased prior to the start time you will not be able to participate in the event.
i) Participants advised to follow passenger guidance whilst using the Subway. Each student will be advised of the venues that we will be attending and the times. One volunteer for every 20 people will remain sober to direct students. The volunteer organiser will make themselves known to all participants. Once the last destination is reached the organiser will declare the event over and anyone staying out will do so at his or her own risk.
ii) Each student will be advised of the venues that we will be attending and the times we will be there. Participants are required to stay in groups while walking to each bar to prevent anyone wandering off. Each venue shall be informed of the location of the next venue so that they may advise any students that have become separated as to our location. One volunteer for every 20 people will remain sober to direct students. The volunteer organiser will make themselves known to all participants and will give their mobile number for students to call if they become lost. Once the last destination is reached the organiser will declare the event over and anyone staying out will do so at his or her own risk.
iii) All students shall be advised and encouraged to drink responsibly. Taxi numbers shall be provided to all students. All venues provide non-alcoholic drinks for purchase as well as free water. All venues will provide appropriately trained staff. Once the last destination is reached the organiser will declare the event over and anyone staying out will do so at his or her own risk. One volunteer for every 20 people will remain sober to advise.
