This page is for GCU students or staff who wish to book the Student Bistro either for their course work or for GCU business. You can book a stall or area within the Student Bistro in the Students' Association Building. For some activities we will require you to complete a Risk Assessment. Please complete the form below. Please provide at least 5 working days notice for bookings.

GCU students can obtain support for organising events from us if they organise the event as part of their course based society (or you can start a new society), such as event promotion, ticket sales, booking spaces across campus and risk assessment, otherwise we are unfortunately unable to offer this support and students will need to contact their Module or Programme Leader for advice.
