Different societies of the International Community of GCU have recently and consistently raised concerns on the unfairness to the diverse cultures when hosting an event at the Re: Union Bar n Grill and some other venues on campus. This concerns have hereby called for a review of the school policy as BaxterStorey as the official food vendors because they do not deliver transitional African, Asian, Chinese meals.

So, the international community would love the catering policy of the school to be reviewed to allow flexibility in the catering services to enable the above mentioned communities and more to have a more relaxed sense of belonging as this would help improve social networking and engagement on campus.

In terms of engagement and events, it has been proven time and time again that the international students are the most active and most engaged in all events, so making sure they are satisfied should be a priority.
