Liberation Campaigns

The Students' Association supports four Liberation Campaigns for B.M.E. StudentsDisabled Students, LGBT+ Students, and Women Students studying at GCU.

These campaigns exist to represent the interests of the students who define themselves as belonging to them and to fight against discrimination wherever it takes place.

NUS Liberation Conferences

Each year we send students from our Liberation Groups to represent GCU at Scottish and UK level conferences within the National Union of Students. These events set the national policy for these Liberation Campaigns and elect their national leadership. The Students' Association covers all expenses associated with attending these events.
