Why not become a Postgraduate Taught Rep!

GCU Students’ Association and Glasgow Caledonian University are currently looking for Postgraduate Taught students to come forward to apply to for the following roles for the 2019-20 academic year:


  • SEBE Postgraduate Taught (PGT)  Rep
  • GSBS Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Rep
  • SHLE Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Rep


Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Reps help improve the Postgraduate experience by feeding back key issues that affect postgraduate taught students to both the University and GCU Students’ Association.


Getting involved and volunteering to be a Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Rep is a great way to develop your skills and improve your employability.  As a Postgraduate (PGT) Rep you will have the opportunity to:


  • Develop Leadership, Communication & Meeting Skills
  • Network and meet new people
  • Shape the development of the Postgraduate experience @ GCU


Also as a PGT Student Representative you will receive an honorarium each trimester from the University. 


No previous experience is required, as on-going training and support will be provided by GCU Students’ Association’s Student Voice Team and Full Time Officer Team.
