We’d like to announce and give a very warm welcome to our new London Officer for 2025-26… Anam Shahzadi!

Congratulations Anam!

We’re very much looking forward to working with Anam and seeing what she achieves during their year in post, and seeing how she can support and represent students on the GCU London campus!

Thank you to everyone who ran in the elections, you all worked very hard and gained some incredibly valuable skills along the way.

We had 412 votes in total which is 265 more votes than last year, so thank you to everyone who voted! It is your action that drives change for your university experience.

Keep an eye out for updates on Anam's work as she progresses her aims to: create reliable two-way channels, strengthen communications with Class Res and run focsued campaigns.

We also encourage you to engage with Anam and student voice throughout the year, and you can do this by becoming a Class Rep (speak to your lecturers). This will enable you make change and enhance your experience by working in collaboration with the university.
