Our groups, networks and affiliated clubs, societies and groups can book rooms, stalls or spaces on the GCU Glasgow Campus and the Students' Association Building for their meetings and events. Please provide at least 5 working days notice for bookings.

GCU Building Opening Hours

We can book rooms between the following times on the Glasgow Campus. However, please note that not all buildings are open late and there is limited availability at weekends. The campus is closed on Bank Holidays.

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 9pm
Friday, 9am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm
