This week sees sport at GCU become the focial point of British student sport as BUCS University In Focus. On Wednesday GCU will be taking over the BUCS website and social media channels to highlight the brilliant work done by our student led sports clubs.

Make sure to check out the BUCS website (www.bucs.org.uk), twitter @BUCSsport and their facebook to see all the live action.

We'll be live twitting from two of our home games as our Women's Basketball 1st's take on local rivals Strathclyde 1st's at 3pm in the Arc with our main focus then shifting to the National Hockey Centre where our Women's 1st's are taking Robert Gordon 1st's in a game that will go along way to deciding the relegation places in Division 2A.

As well as this, there will be exclusive articles on the BUCS website about GCU Sport and a low down on some of the great things we've been up to this year!

We also have a number of activities happening throughout the week, including bringing to you the first Blue and White Night, hosted by our sponsor bar Malones, where there will be drinks discounts, and more, for all those who turn up in blue and white!
