Many people struggle to motivate themselves to do traditional exercise, and there are many ways to gameify it to attempt to make it more tolerable. StepMania X, a rhythm game similar to Dance Dance Revolution, is a high intensity cardio workout and the software actually integrates with things like Google Fit to track calories burned. While arcades across the city have StepMania/DDR machines, these are prohibitively expensive for somebody on a student's budget, particularly on a regular basis.

As niche as this may seem, I believe this would help to encourage some students to engage in exercise which they otherwise would avoid.
